We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in lead generation, IT sales, and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, nurturing them, and converting them into successful business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), and networking events.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their IT needs.
- Present company services, create proposals, and conduct product/service demos.
- Collaborate with the technical team for solution design and documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipeline stages, and client communications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong experience in lead generation and IT sales (2–6 years).
- Familiarity with IT services: software development, mobile apps, cloud services, SaaS, staffing, digital solutions, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into clients.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating and closing leads in international markets (US/UK/Middle East/APAC).
- Proven track record of meeting sales & lead generation targets.
- Experience in IT service outsourcing or enterprise solutions.
